Cyndi leads NOM’s marketing team with passion, dedication, and almost 20 years of experience successfully executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.    Cyndi comes to NOM with a wealth of experience across global agencies such as Universal McCann and OMD Worldwide, working for blue-chip brands like Nestlé, Toyota, State Farm, eHarmony and AT&T. A self-described “renegade solver,” Cyndi uses her superpowers to align teams and visions, find and fill gaps in workflow, and create solutions before the problem ever arises. At NOM, Cyndi has earned a reputation as an alliance builder, integrating herself seamlessly into every effort she's a part of, going above and beyond to get sh*t done. A proud Los Angeles native, Cyndi is deeply committed to her community and serves as the President of Miry’s List, a nonprofit organization dedicated to welcoming new arrival refugee families resettling in California. Cyndi is a disruptive thinker and proven team-and-culture-builder, challenging others to think and problem-solve differently.
